11. Returns and Exchanges If you do not love your JA Jewels purchase, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be received within 7 days of issuing an RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges as well as shipping them via a trackable and insured method.
