Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 7-14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags attached.
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
Request a Return Authorization (RA): Email us at info@justinealexandra.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Secure Packaging: Place the item in its original packaging, including all documents.
Insured Shipping: Ship the item back via a trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection & Refund: Once received, returns will be inspected. If approved, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Additional Policies
Exchanges: Eligible items may be exchanged for another piece or store credit.
Restocking Fee: A 10-20% restocking fee may apply to returns of high-value items.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Final Sale Items: Custom orders, engraved pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.
